On Thursday rumours appeared that Barcelona offered Chelsea Malcom plus cash deal for Willian.

The 21-year-old right wing has only played 363 minutes for Barca, however, scoring only two goals while suffering a pair of short-term injuries.

Additionally, the fact that the possibility of Callum Hudson-Odoi departing from the Bridge can not be ruled out only adds to Chelsea's hesitancy in letting Willian join Barcelona.

The Brazilian only moved to Camp Nou in the summer and has found it hard to make a major impact, scoring two goals in his 10 appearances.

The Catalan giants are trying to tempt Chelsea into letting Willian leave by including their summer signing Malcom in any potential deal.

Willian, 30, is probably not a big part of Maurizio Sarri's plans, although he's been used plenty by the Italian.

Chelsea refused offers of up to £65m in the summer but may now be more open to a deal, with Willian 31 in August and having 18 months left on his contract. Chelsea turned down Barcelona's latest bid to sign the former Shakhtar Donetsk attacker, according to the report in The Daily Telegraph, and it appears unlikely that Malcom will be going to Stamford Bridge either.

On the other hand, Malcom is still young and has huge expectations surrounding him.

The Chelsea boss then explained how Willian can further up his displays on the pitch.

England winger Jadon Sancho will reject advances from the Premier League and has insisted he wants to stay at Borussia Dortmund.
