Rape Case Investigators Issue Warrant For Cristiano Ronaldo's DNA

Woman claims Ronaldo threatened to have her “cut up” and her body “thrown in a river”

Woman claims Ronaldo threatened to have her “cut up” and her body “thrown in a river”

Nike, which has had a contract with Ronaldo since 2003, said at the time it was "deeply concerned by the disturbing allegations" and would "continue to closely monitor the situation".

Lennard claimed that she was told by Ronaldo that, if she were to date anyone else or even leave her house, he would have her "kidnapped and have [her] body cut up and put in a big and thrown into a river".

According to the lawsuit filed by Mayorga, after the pair met at a night club Ronaldo invited the alleged victim and a friend back to his penthouse suite. However, he maintains that they had consensual sex and he did not rape her.

The German newspaper Der Spiegel reported in October a year ago that Ronaldo allegedly employs a team of fixers, including at least one private detective, to deal with the public relations disaster he faced after he was accused of rape by Kathryn Mayorga. She says she received a $375,000 settlement from Ronaldo that required her to sign a non-disclosure agreement, forbidding her from talking about the incident. She went public with her accusation in a detailed story in German outlet Der Spiegel.

"No one has any idea what he is truly like and if they did".

She continued, claiming that Ronaldo has hired publicists, lawyers and investigators to "bully and stalk and harass and frighten and repress" Mayorga.

She also claims to have voice recordings of Ronaldo making threats as well as sharing offensive thoughts on the LGBT and Jewish communities, among other controversial rants. "I just can't. Reach out to me Kathryn i will help you", she tweeted on Tuesday. "We have been communicating pretty much on a daily basis for the past year and half and I have messages and recordings that'll be invaluable to Kathryn and her team in showing his true nature and character how unwell he is. It's wrong. It makes me feel like I'm complicit".
