A royal moment! Meghan Markle wore her first maternity dress since announcing her pregnancy with Prince Harry, and she slayed like a queen, er, duchess.

Once inside, the fashionista took a hands-on approach as she helped women style an outfit, down to the accessories. At Smart Works, each woman gets a styling session before their first interview and go home with a full outfit to keep.

As she greeted Smart Works officials with a kiss on both cheeks, Meghan toted Victoria Beckham's Vanity Box Bag and a pair of beige suede gloves.

Her role as patron of the National Theatre was accidentally revealed yesterday on the theatre's website. Two patronages have been handed over to the former actress from Queen Elizabeth, who served a patron to the associations for decades - The National Theatre and The Association of Commonwealth Universities.

Meanwhile, the "ambitious" Duchess is becoming increasingly "frustrated" by The Palace rejecting all her ideas and feels she has "no voice" according to U.S. reports.

"I thought it was great", she added with a laugh.

On the furry friends side, Markle becomes the royal patron of The Mayhew, an organization dedicated to animal welfare for pets.

She has a background in TV and the arts, and has campaigned on gender inequality and animal rights throughout her life. And, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will spend plenty of time in the city attending royal engagements (with and without Prince William and Kate Middleton).

And does Meghan Markle's "high and pointy" bump mean she's having a boy? In the coming weeks she will also undertake public visits to the other three organisations.

Buckingham Palace said that "patronages generally reflect the interests of the member of the Royal Family involved".

The couple are awaiting renovations to be completed on their new home, "Apartment 1" at Kensington Palace - technically a wing of the palace with 21 rooms and adjoining doors to "Apartment 1A" (which belongs to Will and Kate).
