The person she most wants to sell the deal to is U.S. President Donald Trump because a trans-Atlantic trade deal has been held up as one of the greatest prizes of Brexit.

May said if her plan was voted down by parliament the government and businesses would have to make decisions about implementing preparations for no deal.

They say May's Brexit deal was negotiated without taking into account their views, something the government denies.

May visited Scotland on Wednesday in attempt to drum up public support for her Brexit deal agreed in Brussels last weekend, which she says suits all corners of Britain.

Mr Tusk said in Buenos Aires Friday morning: "Many leaders will certainly have questions about Brexit, therefore let me say this. What I hope to see and what I'm sure we will be seeing is opportunities for young people in the UK, opportunities for training and skilling young people in the UK", May told reporters at the G20 summit in Argentina. If you voted Brexit - this isn't Brexit.

MPs will vote on Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit deal in the Commons in two weeks, but with staunch cross-party opposition persisting, the PM may well see her deal voted down.

In a round of broadcast interviews in Argentina, where she is attending the G20 summit, Mrs May declined to discuss whether she might offer a Plan B if her deal is voted down on December 11, or whether defeat could mean her resigning or being forced out.

"I ask every member of Parliament to think about delivering on the Brexit vote and doing it in a way that is in the national interest and doing it in a way that is in the interests of their constituents because it protects jobs and livelihoods".

Former Downing Street advisor Alastair Campbell has said that a second referendum - a "People's Vote" - was the only way to get rid of Theresa May's Brexit agreement.

"The backstop and the proposed treaty keep the whole of the United Kingdom in the customs union, which allows the EU to set tax rates, with Northern Ireland in the single market too.

This is an important point in our history", she said.

A spokeswoman for the BBC said: "We have received the letter, which we will answer in due course, but we have not set out any debate format at this stage".

Dr Fox said that reactions to Whitehall analysis showing that withdrawing from the European Union without an agreement would have severe economic consequences had been "overblown".

And she accused Labour of pursuing "narrow party interest" in trying to bring on a general election by putting down an amendment to the crucial House of Commons motion which would block her deal without offering anything in its place.

Mrs May earlier met the Japanese leader, Shinzo Abe, who urged her to avoid a no-deal Brexit.

But hinting at potential further resignations from Mrs May's top team over Brexit, he added: "Members of the Cabinet who don't vote for the deal won't be members of the Cabinet".
