While the same gradient can also be seen along this OnePlus 6T variant's edges, the pattern will not be exhibited by the phone's bezels.

The OnePlus 6 and 5T were both made available in different variants of red and white, and so far OnePlus hasn't revealed any information about new colours. Having said that, this is the third variant of the OnePlus 6T that the company announced, as the original two (Mirror Black and Midnight Black) got announced about a week ago.

The handset comes in black with either a matte or a glossy finish and three memory varieties of 6GB RAM and 128GB Storage, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

Details of the device were unveiled in NY a week ago with headlines focusing on OnePlus being the second manufacturer to bring a under-glass fingerprint reader to the mass market.

The OnePlus 6T boasts an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 3,700mAh battery and runs Android Pie out of the box.

For photography, OnePlus 6T sports dual 16-megapixel and 20-megapixel rear cameras with f/1.7 aperture and dual LED flash. A 16-megapixel camera can be found on the front of the device, and we're looking at a 25mm lens here with 1.0um pixel size. There's also a special Marvel Avengers edition of OnePlus 6. But it might not be that way for long, with a new leak suggesting the phone will be coming in purple.

The "Thunder Purple" colour variant of the OnePlus 6T is launching in China following earlier rumours of its release. If the company opts to release this phone internationally, it will become available in both Europe and the USA, in addition to a number of other markets out there, quite possibly in India as well, but we'll see.
