NYT's Latest Hit Piece Kavanaugh Allegedly Threw Ice on Someone in College

According to a New York Times report, Brett Kavanaugh, coming from a UB40 concert, got into an altercation after mistaking a man for the lead singer of the band.

Kavanaugh was accused of throwing ice on a bar patron during the incident in September 1985, according to a police report obtained by the New York Times. A witness reportedly said that Chris Dudley, a close friend of Kavanaugh's who has come out in support of his nomination, then hit the man in the ear with a glass.

Ludington says that a brawl then broke out, with Kavanaugh later questioned by police about his involvement (he was neither arrested nor charged).

Aside from Ludington, Kavanaugh's former Yale roommate Stephen Kantrowitz also refuted a different claim Kavanaugh made last week: that he was still a virgin in college. But Kavanaugh's willingness to lie under oath "should have outcome", he said. The man ended up swinging at Kavanaugh, and a fight ensued.

In addition to the sexual assault claim against him, people are zeroing in on another the reason world's angriest calendar enthusiast Brett Kavanaugh may not be fit for the Supreme Court, The Daily Show host Trevor Noah told his viewers.

Ludington said in the statement he often drank with Kavanaugh when they were classmates, and said Kavanaugh had played down "the degree and frequency" of his drinking in his testimony. She has spoken to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but Ford had reportedly not been contacted by the agency as of Monday.

"We're trying to figure out if it's him", he said. I never ever saw Brett blackout. "I mean, he talked about things that happened when he drank". "The problem is lying about it", Swisher said on "Cuomo Prime Time". I knew Brett at Yale because I was a classmate and a varsity basketball player and Brett enjoyed socializing with athletes.

Between the repeated lies to the Senate, the accusations of sexual assault, and the history of excessive drinking, Brett Kavanaugh's act as a ideal gentleman has worn thin as more information about his past continues to trickle out.

President Donald Trump ordered the FBI on Friday to reopen Kavanaugh's background investigation after several women, including Ford, accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

Rachel Mitchell, the Arizona prosecutor hired by Republicans to question one of the judge's accusers, Prof Christine Blasey Ford, during hearings last week, gave her memo to senators on Sunday.

Kavanaugh repeatedly admitted drinking beer during his committee testimony, pushing back against some members' questions about just how much he drank.
