The Swimming rapper was found dead on Friday (September 7) at his San Fernando Valley home according to law enforcement, TMZ reports.

By 2007, he began releasing mixtapes under the name EZ Mac before changing his name to Mac Miller. He was recently arrested last month for a DUI after wrecking his vehicle in a collision utility pole back in May.

The rapper had a high profile relationship with Ariana Grande which ended earlier this year.

Known for songs like "Donald Trump" (2011), Miller has struggled with substance abuse and legal issues over the years.

ET confirms that an adult male died at Miller's home on Friday, though officials would not confirm the identity.

Miller has had troubles with substance abuse, most recently being arrested for a DUI in May when he wrapped his vehicle around a utility pole.

Representatives for Miller did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Grande went on to date "Saturday Night Live" actor Pete Davidson, to whom she's now engaged.

Miller was supposed to start a tour next month.
