Amazon's massive annual sales extravaganza, Prime Day, is one week away, and at least one of the company's rivals is in attack mode.

It should also be noted that Amazon in its Prime Day sale will launch around 200 exclusive products.

One of the headline benefits of Amazon Prime is its upgraded shipping options.

The big shopping event gets underway on July 16 with 36 hours of deals then following.

Customers with an Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card can also earn up to 10 percent back on Whole Foods purchases up to $400 when they use the card at the grocery store from July 14 to 17, according to Whole Foods. Shoppers using Prime Pantry, a subscription service for bulk grocery orders, can get a free box of Honey Nut Cheerios through a joint Prime Day offer from Amazon and General Mills. Amazon and Whole Foods Market on Tuesday said that Prime members will get a $10 account credit on Amazon for Prime Day when they spend $10 at Whole Foods Market from July 11 through July 17. Remember most major retailers have eBay storefronts, including Best Buy, Newegg, BuyDig, and others, which makes it a great place to shop when you can get a discount on everything. The a year ago Samsung Note flagship still remains one of the most-sold high-end flagships in India.

Notably, products avaialble on the Prime Now app qualify for a fast delivery time of 2 hours for Prime members between 6 AM to Midnight.
